Fasting Scriptures for 2013 – Week 1

We are looking forward joyfully to another 21-day period of consecration through prayer and fasting to begin a New Year.

Week One:

Day 1

Romans 10:13 For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.

Read Romans 10:1-13

Day 2

Hebrews 12:3 For consider him that endured such contradiction of sinners against himself, lest ye be wearied and faint in your minds.

Read Isaiah 40:21-31

Day 3

Psalms 35:27 AMP Let those who favor my righteous cause and have pleasure in my uprightness shout for joy and be glad, and say continually, Let the Lord be magnified, Who takes pleasure in the prosperity of His servant.

Day 4

John 17:20,22,23 Neither pray I for these alone, but for them also which shall believe on me through their
word; And the glory which thou gavest me I have given them; that they may be one, even as we are one: I in them, and thou in me, that they may be made perfect in one; and that the world may know that thou hast sent me, and hast loved them, as thou hast loved me.

Philippians 3:9 And be found in him, not having mine own righteousness, which is of the law, but that which is through the faith of Christ, the righteousness which is of God by faith:
